Carers Support

Carers Assessments
The adult social work team can give advice and offer you a carer's assessment. This is done so they can evaluate the best possible support that would most benefit you.
They will consider the different ways that caring affects your life, and work out how you can carry on doing the things that are important to you and your family while fulfilling your responsibilities to the person you care for.
We will work together with you to agree on a support plan that sets out how your support needs will be met. The support plan will include an individual budget showing the cost of meeting these needs.
To refer yourself or someone else for a carers assessment contact adultsduty@cityoflondon.gov.uk / 020 7332 1224 (9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday)
