If you are a customer of Thames Water and are vulnerable or you know someone who is, you can register to receive a free Priority Service.
If you have no water we can provide you with support such as delivering water to your door, food and drinks during power cuts, or put you or someone you know who is vulnerable in a hotel whilst the problem is fixed should this become a risk to their health.
Anyone of pensionable age, with mobility issues, mental or physical difficulties, families with children under 5, or those dependent on water for their health, such as dialysis users are eligible. Financial support is also available to some households.
