Come and explore the history of London with a chance to experience what London was like and how it’s changed over the years. We offer a free, accessible dementia – friendly tour and workshop sessions taking you down memory lane.

Both the Museum of London and the Museum of London Docklands offer a whole host of activities for those with dementia and their carers such as singing and handling different props from decades gone by to spark childhood memories. There are even sensory and creative workshop activities such as learning to tie traditional sailing knots!

Join our fantastic, engaging tour guides who will take you on an adventure through the decades, listen to stories of life in days gone by and share your own.

Tours and workshops take place at the Museum of London, 150 London Wall, London, EC2Y 5HN on the third Wednesday of every month from 2pm to 4pm. The Museum of London Docklands No1 Warehouse, West India Quay, London, E14 4AL holds sessions on the first Wednesday of every month from 2pm to 4pm.
