Did you know that if you live, work or study in the City of London you can access free and confidential advice on a whole range of issues?

If you are struggling to understand how benefits work and how to get to the bottom of making a claim, have worries about your housing situation, debts or a query over employment rights – we provide a helping hand through friendly face-to-face appointments and our helpline to empower you with the skills and knowledge you need. We can also offer free legal advice with trained lawyers, barristers and trainee solicitors to guide you through issues and we work with Macmillan to give you advice on welfare benefits for those with cancer.

Call us on 020 7392 2937 for an initial assessment so we can make sure we get you the right help for you or drop into our Toynbee Hall Advice Centre, 28 Commercial Street, E1 6LS, from Monday to Friday between 10 am to 4 pm (closed between 1 pm and 2pm for lunch). You can also email us at advice@toynbeehall.org.uk.
