Are you a male carer who would like to get the chance to perhaps socialise or get out more and make friends? The Men's Carers Support Group offers a host of options to help keep the balance in your life.

The group, based at St Joseph’s Hospice Garden room, gives you the chance to get support from your peers alongside group-based activities like sports and trips to ensure you keep active.

Held on the second Tuesday of every month, the group runs from 4pm to 6pm.
