What is an online cuppa?

Virtual Cuppa happens each day at 4pm and is for carers looking after somebody who might be vulnerable to corona virus.

The format is really simple - we all come together via our phones at the same time for a chat about how it's going.

As well as the 'live' conversation on the screen, you can also discuss what's going on using your keyboard and our 'chat' function.

Normally we talk about things like:

The challenges we are facing.

How we are adapting, and finding ways to cope.

Things we can do to help each other.
