If you are from the Asian and Muslim community and think you may be suffering from abuse, the Muslim Women’s Network offers a helpline where you can have confidential conversations and receive helpful advice.

The national helpline provides a specialist faith and culturally-sensitive service for people to call and access information, guidance and referrals for those who are at risk of abuse or facing other challenges.

Primarily aimed at Muslim women and girls but the helpline will also accept calls from those of any faith or men concerned about women or girls.

If you are worries about your own situation or perhaps someone else’s, call our helpline on 0800 999 5786/0303 999 5786 which runs Monday to Friday from 10 am to 4pm.
