Alzheimer’s Society

social support barbican library

We help people to take back control of their lives when dementia starts to impact. The Alzheimer’s Society aims to make sure people are not alone and provides a range of support services nationally and locally.

We have specially-trained Dementia Advisors who are volunteers and can give face-to-face support. We also provide a telephone and online service to make things easier for you to access us when and how you like. We want to help people to stay independent for longer.

Although dementia can seem daunting, our advisors can help you to find the right advice and give you emotional support.

The service is free and easy to access so if you need support you can get in touch at dementia.connect@alzheimers.org.uk or call 0333 150 3456 to be referred to a Dementia Advisor.

We also have a national dementia helpline on: 0300 222 11 22. Location: London and national. 43-44 Crutched Friars, London,, London, EC3N2AE, United Kingdom
