Online Yoga and Walking Meditation Sessions
Starting Fri 1st May, these free online sessions will be convivial, friendly, and accessible to all, just like our ‘real life’ walking group. To be held every Friday at 10.30 -11.30 am on Zoom. (A free Video and audio software application on the computer).

What do you need for the session:
If possible a mat (yoga / gym mat) but not essential - Comfy clothes which you can move easily in i.e. not jeans. - A Chair or using a space in your home which has a wall nearby for support
For the Walking meditation you will need a small space, with a clear pathway (remove any items you may trip over)
In Yoga we like to lie down at the end of the session and rest for 5 mins, so have some cushions, perhaps a blanket anything you have at home so you create a nest for yourself. You could be sat in a chair if lying down doesn't sound comfy.
