IMAGO Carers Drop-in Support Session

Come and the team from Imago and chat with them about anything relating to your caring role.

How we can support you:

Information, advice and guidance throughout your Carer journey
Support to access specific advice on finance, debt, grants and benefits
Carers newsletters
Contingency planning and crisis support arrangements
Weekly drop in sessions
Regular carer groups and a range of activities both online and in person to support health and wellbeing with choice and flexibility to attend
Access to free training sessions, such as Caring with Confidence programme
Support and guidance regarding statutory Carer’s Assessments
Individual, tailored support plans
Emotional and practical support via in person visits in your own home or another local place

Mondays 2.00pm – 5pm at the Portsoken Centre, 3-8 Little Somerset St, London E1 8AA

Referrals to the service can be made via GP Practices, Health Services, Voluntary Sector, or Social Care Professionals.  You can self-refer by completing this form (download here) and emailing a copy to carers@imago.community.
